Features of the BIP Test, compared to other Personality Tests

Personality assessments such as BIP® test test serve the mutual interests of both employers and employees. Employers benefit from building a workforce that is both high-performing and engaged over the long term, while employees seek roles in which they can succeed and grow sustainably. These shared objectives are best achieved when roles are aligned with individuals’ strengths and interests, and when employees are neither under-challenged nor over-stretched.

Insights into workplace behaviorleadership style, and team interactions. Test results can be integrated into talent assessment processes for HR.

Results are compared to an appropriate reference group to provide meaningful context. Unlike simple type tests that label someone as, for example, “an extroverted motivator,” the BIP® offers a nuanced and detailed representation of personality.

BIP® includes an ‘Impression Management’ scale which assesses the extent to which respondents are emphasising more or less positive aspects of themselves.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the BIP assessment is influenced by various factors. Typically, our fee is £140 per person; however, discounted rates may be available for large-volume bookings.
